    Avoid Voomi if at all possible

    I recently ordered a ceramic cartridge for a kitchen faucet from Voomi. When the package arrived, the box was crushed but not opened and there was a packing slip inside, but no cartridtge. Their customer service rep was helpful and he assured me that when I was subsequently contacted by claims, I could request a refund or replacement. When claims contacted me, I was unable to receive a refund because they said a replacement was already shipped. When the replacement arrived, the box was again crushed but this time, the cartridge was inside. I would avoid this company because I think they intentioanlly scam customers. Next time I'll use Amazon.
