Grindmaster Cecilware 02.HU0066.001 is a Karma PT1000 probe assembly that combines a PT1000 temperature probe (2-wire) with an Amp Module II for precise temperature sensing and control in ice cream equipment. The assembly includes a 1000 mm lead to position the sensor and is designed to maintain manufacturer performance standards. It is compatible with Karma Gravity and Karma Pump models and supplied as a single replacement probe and module.
