Powered by an 11-ton Intelli-Punch hydraulic tool running on 18-volt lithium-ion battery power, it handles 10-gauge stainless steel and 10-gauge mild steel without a hydraulic pump or external power source. Hole diameters range from 0.88 inches to 4.5445 inches, covering 1/2-inch through 4-inch conduit trade sizes using SlugBuster Speedpunch punches and dies. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors are the primary users of this set.

Installation Notes

This set is installed and operated by licensed electricians working to NEC requirements for conduit entry and enclosure preparation. Always de-energize and lock out any panel or enclosure before punching. Ensure the draw stud is fully seated and the punch and die are properly aligned before activating the hydraulic tool. Do not use punches rated for mild steel to punch materials harder than the rated gauge capacity.
