Installation Notes

This die must be used with a matching Greenlee punch and draw stud - operating the die alone will not produce a knockout. De-energize and lock out all electrical panels or enclosures before beginning any knockout work, following NFPA 70E guidelines. A hydraulic or ratchet driver applies the pulling force through the draw stud; ensure the stud is properly threaded and seated before applying load. Wear appropriate PPE, including eye protection, when punching metal or composite materials.
