The Goodman PTH154J35AXXX is a commercial-grade packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) with an integrated heat pump and backup electric heat strip, designed for through-the-wall installation in hotels, motels, and commercial buildings. It delivers 14,600 BTU of cooling capacity at an EER of 10.4 operating on 265 volts, making it suitable only for buildings wired for 265/277-volt service. The heat pump provides 14,100 BTU of heating output, with a 3.7 kW (12,600 BTU) electric resistance heat strip as backup. Compatibility

Fits a standard 42-inch PTAC sleeve measuring 42 inches wide by 16-1/16 inches high by 14-1/8 inches deep. Required wall cutout dimensions are 42-1/4 inches wide by 16-1/4 inches high. A PTAC sleeve and rear grille are required for new installations and are sold separately. Wireless thermostat adapters, room occupancy sensors, and DigiSmart controllers are also sold separately.

Installation Notes

Installation must be performed by a qualified HVAC technician in a commercial building wired for 265/277-volt service. Power to the circuit must be shut off and locked out before beginning any installation or service work. A dedicated 20-amp circuit with a 7-20P receptacle is required. A PTAC sleeve and rear grille are necessary for new installations and are not included with the unit.
