This unit is suited for residential and multi-family cooling applications where a straightforward, non-communicating split-system configuration is required. At 1.5 tons nominal, it is typically installed in smaller residential spaces or zone additions. The standard line set supports runs up to 200 feet horizontal and 79 feet vertical, providing flexibility for a range of installation layouts. The factory refrigerant charge covers the first 15 feet of line set, with additional charge required at 0.55 pounds per foot beyond that length.

Compatible accessory and component references provided by the manufacturer include ABK-20, ASC01A, CSR-U-1, FSK01A, LAKT01, and LSK02A. Verify indoor coil and air handler compatibility with the manufacturer's engineering specifications before installation.
Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with local mechanical codes and the manufacturer's installation instructions. Disconnect all power to the system before making electrical or refrigerant connections. Minimum circuit ampacity is 11.1 amps with a maximum overcurrent protection of 15 amps. Liquid line connection is 3/8 inch O.D. and suction line connection is 3/4 inch O.D.; verify line set sizing against the manufacturer's published guidelines for runs beyond the pre-charged length.
