The GOODMAN alxs3nn2410 is a 2-ton, single-stage outdoor condensing unit designed for split-system cooling applications. It operates on R-32 refrigerant and achieves a 13.4 SEER2 and 11.2 EER2 efficiency rating, meeting DOE North regional compliance requirements. Rated at 23,000 BTU/h of cooling capacity, the unit runs on 208/230-volt single-phase power at 60 Hz and features a top-discharge configuration with a rotary compressor. It is manufactured in the United States and is intended for installation by licensed HVAC technicians in residential and light commercial settings.
This unit is suited for residential and multi-family cooling installations in northern U.S. climate regions where DOE North compliance is required. The alxs3nn2410 operates on a non-communicating control platform, making it compatible with standard thermostat and air handler configurations without proprietary communication wiring. Cooling operation is rated for ambient conditions between 55 degrees F and 115 degrees F, with a standard rated condition of 95 degrees F ambient dry bulb and 75 degrees F wet bulb. The pre-charged refrigerant line length is 15 feet, with a maximum standard line set of 150 feet and a maximum vertical run of 79 feet.
Designed for use in split-system cooling configurations requiring a non-communicating outdoor condensing unit with R-32 refrigerant. Compatible components listed in product reference include: 0130R00000S, ABK-20, ASC01A, CSR-U-1, FSK01A, LAKT01, and LSK02A. Consult current Amana or Goodman product documentation to confirm matched indoor coil and air handler combinations before installation.
Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with applicable mechanical codes and EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling requirements. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power before servicing or connecting refrigerant lines. Liquid line connection is 3/8 inch O.D. and suction line connection is 3/4 inch O.D. — verify indoor coil connection sizes match before brazing. Do not exceed the maximum line set length or vertical rise specifications, and calculate additional refrigerant charge requirements for any line set beyond 15 feet using the rated per-foot charge value provided on the unit data plate.
