    Product is fine, service less than desirable

    I originally ordered a AC condensor for this flip property with A Coil and another furnace, condensor and A Coil for a second flip property. The furnace at the first poperty gave up so I ordered this furnace to replace this. Since nothing had shipped, I requested it the furnace could be included with the rest of the pieces and that request seemed to confuse employees not matter how many times I tried to explain it. Voomi kept confusing the two orders and what I needed ASAP and what could be pushed out. Finally the furnace and AC condensor (no A Coil) was delivered to Milwaukee (about an hour away) and it sat there for a week. Tracking kept pushing it out day by day or I could have gone and picked up if I had understood it was going to sit there for a week and by the time I got frustrated and called the distibution center, it was in a truck and not accessible so it couldn't be picked up. Nothing wrong with the furnace but the service would be a 0 star!
