    shipped the wrong part to me

    I received the wrong coil that I ordered, I have been trying to get a return order form to return the wrong coil. I would like to have the correct coil, I have been asking for this to happen. Sending pictures of the wrong coil three times I have contacted your staff. Everyone is very polite but no results on solving this problem. The coil is still in the box it came in and has not been installed nor damaged. I need a return order so I can get it shipped back and get the correct coil you advertised which is 16 /38W 20 1/2 D 21H so please get this completed, I need the correct coil!

    Wrong size sent

    I received the wrong size & its been a long process with no A/C in Florida waiting for return labels &;a replacement. I am getting ready to order a different coil from you to get my situation taken care of faster, but im worried I will get the incorrect size again which I cannot use. Then I will be stuck waiting for 2 refunds. The second coul is almost 3 times more expensive as their is a 300$ shipping fee. This experience has not been a good one but I am being patient & hoping to get it resolved soon.
