    Shipping Logistics

    Received in good condition. Very disappointed in the delivery process. Pallet arrived in Omaha afternoon/evening of Nov 11. Delivered to my destination evening of Nov 17. My delivery location is about 30 min from the omaha shipping warehouse. I should of had this part on the 12th. Furnace is down and was -2 on the 14th. Not good! I paid you $300 for shipping that should be refunded!
