    Arrived broken due to poor packaging & shipping

    Box was crushed during shipment but looks to have been because it wasn’t packaged properly for the weight of the item. Box was flimsy and Styrofoam padding material was crushed by item during shipment. Installation studs bent sideways due to poor packaging and shipping. Had to remove studs from old motor housing and transfer them to new unit. Seems to be running ok for now but apprehensive about longevity due to rough handling. Will never buy from this company again
