Gojo GOJ507902 is PURELL Healthy Soap ES4 0.5% BAK antimicrobial foam refill intended for hand and skin cleansing. The 1.27 quart (1200 ml) foam formulation contains 0.5% BAK to reduce microbes while removing dirt and soils, and is formulated to be mild and moisturizing with a factory-sealed nozzle for contamination control. The refill is compatible with PURELL ES4 push-style soap dispensers and sold as two refills per carton.
