    Global Pool Products Review

    I was excited to receive my diving board, but unfortunately, it arrived with significant damage, including cracks on three sides. I promptly submitted a return/replacement request through their online system, but after four days without any response, I called customer service. The representative assured me I would hear back within 24 hours, but it’s now been over a day, and I still haven’t received any follow-up. While I understand that issues can arise, the lack of timely communication has been disappointing. I hope this situation is resolved quickly so I can update this review with a more positive outcome.
