The GLOBAL 61020250b6c is a pre-insulated refrigerant line set engineered for mini split and standard split-system HVAC installations. It consists of a 3/8-inch liquid line and a 5/8-inch suction line, both wrapped in 1/2-inch Duraguard UV-resistant coated elastomeric insulation. The durable polymeric jacket is built to withstand prolonged solar exposure and harsh outdoor weather conditions. This line set is UL Recognized to 700 psi and manufactured in compliance with ASTM B280. The set ships in a 25-foot length, making it suitable for typical residential and light-commercial mini split runs. HVAC technicians choose it when a factory-insulated, code-ready line set is required right out of the box.
This line set is intended for use in residential and light-commercial ductless mini split systems, as well as conventional split-system air conditioning and heat pump applications. The 25-foot length accommodates the majority of standard wall-penetration and short-run outdoor condenser placements. Both lines arrive pre-insulated and ready to connect, reducing job-site prep time. Made and assembled in the USA, the line set is suited for installations where UV exposure and weathering resistance are primary concerns, such as rooftop or south-facing wall runs.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and new-installation line set for residential and light-commercial mini split and split-system HVAC equipment requiring a 3/8-inch liquid line and 5/8-inch suction line configuration.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local mechanical codes and the equipment manufacturer guidelines. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power to the indoor and outdoor units before making refrigerant connections. Flare or braze connections per standard industry practice and leak-test the completed system before evacuating and charging. Avoid sharp bends that could kink the copper tubing or compress the insulation jacket.
