The GLASFLOSS GDS_16X25X1 is a disposable fiberglass panel air filter designed for use in forced-air HVAC systems across commercial, industrial, and residential applications. Measuring 16 x 25 x 1 inches with 2.47 square feet of media area, this filter uses progressively dense fiberglass media to capture airborne particulates while maintaining low resistance to airflow. Initial resistance is 0.09 inches WC and final resistance is 0.5 inches WC at a rated face velocity of 300 FPM. The heavy-duty one-piece craft-board frame uses a double-strut construction that eliminates sharp edges, resists collapsing under negative pressure, and makes disposal cleaner and safer than metal-frame alternatives. Manufactured in the USA and rated to 180 degrees F.

This filter is suited for standard 1-inch filter applications in residential forced-air furnaces and air handlers, as well as light commercial and industrial HVAC units where frequent filter changes are routine. The frame design provides 10 percent greater open media area than traditional metal-grid filters, supporting stronger dust-holding capacity over the service interval.
