The GIBRALTAR NDTS-1-G is a tapped pivotal leveling mount designed for industrial and commercial equipment-positioning applications. It features a 3/8-16 threaded steel stud and a Delrin pad base that pivots to compensate for uneven mounting surfaces, distributing load evenly across the contact point. Rated to 300 pounds load capacity, the NDTS-1-G provides stable, adjustable support for machinery, equipment frames, and fabricated assemblies. The 1-1/4 inch base diameter keeps the footprint compact while the 7/8 inch overall length suits tight clearance applications. Maintenance technicians, millwrights, and equipment installers typically specify this mount for leveling and vibration isolation tasks.
The NDTS-1-G is suited for light-duty to medium-duty equipment leveling in manufacturing, fabrication, and facilities maintenance environments. Its pivoting Delrin pad self-adjusts to floor irregularities, making it appropriate for installations on concrete, steel, or painted surfaces where a non-marring contact point is needed. The tapped stud threads directly into a pre-drilled and tapped hole in the equipment base, eliminating the need for additional fasteners. Applications include leveling machine bases, enclosures, workbenches, and similar floor-mounted assemblies.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation leveling mount for equipment bases, machine frames, and fabricated assemblies requiring a 3/8-16 tapped mounting hole.
Installation is performed by millwrights, maintenance mechanics, or equipment technicians using a standard 5/8 inch wrench or adjustable wrench. De-energize and safely support any equipment before installing or adjusting leveling mounts. Thread the steel stud into the tapped hole in the equipment base and adjust height by rotating the stud; torque fasteners per the equipment manufacturer's specifications. Verify load distribution across all mount points before returning the equipment to service.
