The GIBRALTAR MEP1125-G is a straight ejector pin designed for use in injection molds, die casting tooling, and precision stamping dies. It drives finished parts or slugs out of a mold cavity at the end of each press cycle. The pin features a 20 mm diameter shaft and a 160 mm overall length, with a nitride surface finish that improves wear resistance and reduces galling against the mold plate. Toolmakers, mold setters, and die maintenance technicians are the primary installers. The steel construction provides the compressive and shear strength needed for high-cycle mold applications.
