Straight ejector pins are used across a wide range of injection molding applications, including thermoplastic and thermoset mold tooling in both production and prototype environments. Refer to the mold design drawings for correct pin placement and ejector plate travel limits. Do not modify pin length by grinding unless the head-to-pin geometry is verified against the original mold specification.
