The GIBRALTAR IPG-109-G is a lockout knob handle indexing plunger designed for precise positioning and locking in industrial and mechanical assemblies. This Style D plunger uses a 3/8-24 thread with a 15mm (0.591 inches) thread length and a 5mm (0.197 inches) plunger diameter. The lockout feature allows the plunger to be pulled back and held in the retracted position, enabling component adjustment without continuous manual pressure. The steel construction provides durability in demanding shop and machine environments. A lock nut is included for secure mounting. Licensed machinists, millwrights, and mechanical assemblers are the typical installers of this hardware.

Installation Notes
