The GIBRALTAR EY6522-G is a nitride coated die steel ejector sleeve designed for use in die mold tooling applications. This precision sleeve features a 3/4 inch inside diameter, 1 inch outside diameter, and a 12 inch overall length. The head measures 1-1/4 inches in diameter with a 1/4 inch head height. A 45-degree chamfer angle with a 3/64 inch chamfer length and a 1/32 inch corner radius are incorporated into the design to facilitate clean part ejection and reduce wear at the mold interface. Installed by toolmakers and mold technicians, this sleeve is built to withstand the repeated mechanical stress of high-cycle injection and die casting operations.
This ejector sleeve is suited for die mold and injection mold tooling setups where precise, repeatable ejection of cylindrical or tubular part features is required.
