The GIBRALTAR EY6475-G is a nitride coated die steel ejector sleeve designed for use in die mold tooling applications. The sleeve incorporates a 0.75 inch head diameter and a 0.25 inch head height, along with a 45-degree chamfer angle and a 3/64 inch chamfer length. A 1/32 inch corner radius completes the geometry. This component is installed by toolmakers and mold technicians during die set assembly or ejector system maintenance.
