The GIBRALTAR EY6420-G is a die mold ejector sleeve designed for use in injection mold and die casting tooling assemblies. Manufactured from die steel with a nitride coating, it provides a hardened wear surface that extends service life in high-cycle ejection applications. The sleeve measures 3/32 inches inside diameter, 3/16 inches outside diameter, and 4 inches overall length, with a 45-degree chamfer angle. It is installed by toolmakers and mold maintenance technicians working on precision mold bases and ejector systems.
This ejector sleeve is suited for use in plastic injection molds and die cast tooling where a sleeved ejector pin configuration is required. The nitride-coated die steel construction is appropriate for production environments with elevated cycle counts and demanding ejection force requirements. It is sold and used individually as a direct component in mold assemblies.
