Built from chromium alloy steel with a trapezoidal wire profile, this spring delivers a maximum deflection load of 690 pounds at 1.6 inches of travel. It measures 4 inches in free length with a 1.5 inches hole diameter and a 0.75 inches rod diameter, making it a direct-fit component for standard die sets using color-coded ISO-style spring arrangements. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and industrial maintenance technicians working on press or tooling applications will recognize the blue color designation as the medium-duty classification within the ISO 10243 standard family.
This die spring is suited for medium-load tooling applications in automotive, metal fabrication, and general manufacturing environments.
