The GIBRALTAR DCIM12.5-44 is a medium-duty die spring designed for use in stamping dies, molds, and industrial tooling applications. Built from chromium alloy steel with a trapezoidal wire cross-section, it delivers a maximum deflection load of 82 pounds and a spring rate of 91 pounds per inch. The 0.5-inch hole diameter accepts tooling rods up to 9/32 inch (0.2813 inches) in diameter, and the 1.75-inch free length compresses to a solid height of approximately 0.91 inches at full load. Color-coded blue for quick duty-rating identification in the field, this spring meets NAAMS and ISO 10243 standards for die spring performance.

This spring is suited for press tool, progressive die, and injection mold applications in light manufacturing and industrial maintenance environments.
