The GIBRALTAR BSNYLD3-T-G is a tapped pivotal leveling mount designed for industrial and commercial equipment positioning applications. It accepts a 3/4-10 threaded stud and provides a rated static load capacity of 5,000 pounds. The 3-inch diameter base pad and stud are both constructed from 303 stainless steel, making this mount suitable for environments where corrosion resistance is required. The pivoting pad design allows the foot to self-adjust to uneven floor surfaces, maintaining stable contact across the full base area. Maintenance technicians, millwrights, and equipment installers use this type of mount during machinery installation and leveling operations.
This leveling mount is appropriate for use in industrial plants, food processing facilities, commercial kitchens, and other environments where equipment must be precisely leveled and moisture or chemical exposure is a concern. The stainless steel construction suits applications where carbon steel would corrode or contaminate the surrounding environment. It installs under frames, bases, and skids that use standard 3/4-10 threaded mounting holes. The overall installed height of 1-5/8 inches keeps the equipment profile low while still allowing fine leveling adjustment.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install leveling foot for industrial machinery, equipment frames, and skid bases with a 3/4-10 threaded mounting point requiring a pivotal stainless steel leveling mount.
Installation is performed by millwrights or qualified equipment technicians. Ensure the equipment is de-energized and safely supported before adjusting or replacing leveling mounts. Thread the stud into the equipment base to the required engagement depth before setting the machine to its final position and locking the mount. Verify load per mount does not exceed the rated 5,000 lb capacity and that the floor surface is structurally adequate to support the applied load.
