The GIBRALTAR 843520-G is a Grade 5 steel rotary T-slot bolt designed for secure fastening in T-slot tracks, fixtures, and workholding systems. The rotary head design allows insertion into a T-slot channel and rotation to lock in place, providing a reliable clamping point without requiring access from the end of the slot. With a 1/2-13 UNC thread and 1-1/2 inch thread length, this bolt delivers strong clamping force for medium-duty fixturing applications. The black finish provides basic corrosion resistance for shop and industrial environments. Machinists, toolmakers, and fixture builders are the typical installers for this type of fastener.
This bolt is suited for use in T-slot tables, milling machine fixtures, modular workholding systems, and aluminum extrusion framing with a 5/8 inch slot width. The 2 inch length under head and 1-1/8 inch head width accommodate a range of fixture plate thicknesses and standard T-slot profiles. It is commonly used in machine shops, fabrication environments, and industrial assembly stations where adjustable clamping positions are required.
Designed for use in T-slot tracks and fixturing systems with a 5/8 inch slot width and 1/2-13 UNC threaded clamping hardware.
Installation is performed by machinists or fixture technicians using standard hand tools. Insert the bolt head into the T-slot channel, rotate 90 degrees to engage the slot walls, then thread on the mating nut or clamp to the required tightness. De-energize or lock out any machine tool before adjusting fixtures or installing clamping hardware on the table. Do not exceed the load ratings of the T-slot track or fixturing plate when applying clamping force.
