The GIBRALTAR 61413TG is a tapped through T-slot nut designed for metric fixturing and workholding applications. Machined from 1018 steel with a black oxide finish, this nut accepts an M24x3.00 right-hand thread and fits T-slots with a 33.00 mm nominal slot width. The base measures 51 mm wide by 24 mm tall, with an overall length of 51 mm and an overall height of 32 mm. At 1.06 pounds, the 61413TG delivers the mass and material grade needed for secure clamping in production and toolroom environments. Machinists, toolmakers, and fixture builders are the primary installers.
This T-slot nut is suited for use with milling machine tables, surface plates, fixture plates, and other workholding setups that use standard metric T-slots. The through-tapped design allows a stud or bolt to pass completely through the nut, providing flexible clamping height adjustment. It is commonly used in both job-shop and production machining environments where metric tooling is the standard. The black oxide finish provides mild corrosion resistance during storage and use in controlled shop conditions.
Designed for use in metric T-slot tables and fixture plates with a 33.00 mm nominal slot width requiring an M24x3.00 tapped through nut.
Installation is performed by machinists or toolmakers during workholding setup. Slide the nut into the T-slot from the end of the channel or through an access pocket before positioning the workpiece. Ensure the mating stud or bolt thread class is compatible with the M24x3.00 through thread before applying clamping torque. De-energize and lock out any machine before adjusting fixturing components on powered equipment.
