The body is machined from steel with a black finish and accepts a 10-32 threaded installation. The plunger nose is made from Delrin, providing low-friction contact against mating surfaces. A built-in locking element secures the plunger in the bore once installed, preventing rotation or backing out under vibration. Initial end force is 1.30 pounds, rising to a final end force of 2.70 pounds at full compression. Thread length and body length are both 3/4 inches, with a plunger projection of 1/8 inches.
