The GIBRALTAR 20607G is a 38-piece T-nut stud kit designed for securing workpieces and fixtures in T-slot tables, milling machines, and machining centers. The kit includes studs in six lengths — 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 inches — along with coupling nuts, flange nuts, T-slot nuts, and a T-slot cleaner, all organized in a wooden base with a metal tray. The stud thread size is 1/2-13 UNC and the T-slot nut width is 1-1/8 inches. Machinists, toolroom technicians, and CNC setup personnel are the primary installers of this hardware.
This kit is suited for machine shop environments where multiple workholding setups are needed with varying stud reach. The six stud length options — 3 through 8 inches — allow the tech to accommodate different fixture heights and clamping arrangements on the same T-slot table. The 1/2-13 thread is a common standard for medium-duty workholding applications. The included T-slot cleaner helps maintain slot integrity between setups, and the organized storage tray keeps all 38 components accessible at the machine.
Designed for use with T-slot tables and fixtures that accept 11/16-inch T-slots and 1/2-13 UNC stud hardware, consistent with standard milling machine and workholding table specifications.
Install and service by a qualified machinist or toolroom technician. Ensure the T-slot table is clean and free of chips before seating T-slot nuts — use the included cleaner prior to assembly. Do not exceed the rated load capacity of the T-slot table or stud hardware. Select the appropriate stud length so that sufficient thread engagement is achieved at both the T-slot nut and the clamping nut without bottoming out.
