The GIBRALTAR 10106-G is a threaded ball plunger designed for indexing, positioning, and light detent applications in mechanical assemblies. The 1/4-20 threaded body installs into tapped housings and provides controlled spring-loaded ball engagement. The stainless steel body and stainless steel ball deliver corrosion resistance suitable for washdown and outdoor environments. A locking element secures the plunger in place once torqued to position, preventing back-out under vibration. Initial end force is 4 pounds and final end force is 12 pounds, giving a defined engagement feel for precision positioning work.
