The GENTENT GTUACFPK00 is a frame post adapter kit designed to support GenTent Safety Canopy installations on generators with non-traditional or irregular frame configurations. The adapter kit modifies a range of frame variations to allow vertical posts to mount correctly, providing the structural support a GenTent Running Cover requires during generator operation. This accessory is intended for use by generator service technicians or experienced installers who work with portable generator equipment and weatherproofing solutions.

GenTent canopy systems depend on vertical frame posts positioned in a rectangular orientation to achieve proper canopy fit and coverage. On generators where the standard frame geometry does not accommodate this layout, the GTUACFPK00 provides the necessary adaptation. Depending on the generator model, frame post adapters may be required at every corner of the unit. On RIDGID model generators RD6800 and RD8800, the frame posts connect to the bottom of the generator frame using the existing bolt that attaches the front feet. Other generator models with similar frame designs may also be compatible.
