It mounts to the side of the door opening and drives the torsion shaft directly, eliminating the need for a trolley-style rail system. Built for standard-duty cycle use, the unit ships with an integrated brake that holds the door position when the motor is not energized. The powder-coated black housing measures 29.75 inches tall, 19 inches wide, and 14 inches deep, making it a compact solution for facilities where overhead clearance is limited.
This operator is rated for rolling doors up to 24 feet high, a specification that targets warehouse, loading dock, self-storage, and light-industrial door applications. The three-phase motor configuration suits facilities with three-phase power already present, such as manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and commercial garages. Installation is handled by a licensed electrician for the power wiring and a door systems technician for the mechanical side. It is not intended for residential sectional doors or single-phase residential circuits.
