The GENERAL ELECTRIC usyf12ucdwa is a ductless console-style indoor unit rated at 11,600 BTU/h cooling capacity and designed for single-zone or multi-zone mini-split systems operating at 208-230 volts, 60 Hz, single phase. The unit mounts at floor level in a console configuration, making it suitable for spaces where wall or ceiling installation is not practical. Built-in Wi-Fi via SmartHQ and compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Home allow remote control without a separate module. Licensed HVAC technicians handle installation and refrigerant connection.
The usyf12ucdwa is intended for residential and light-commercial single-zone or multi-zone ductless applications. Its console form factor suits additions, sunrooms, server rooms, or any conditioned space requiring low-profile floor-level air distribution. The unit is compatible with select outdoor units in the GENERAL ELECTRIC Indoor Units series. A Blue Fin coil treatment provides corrosion resistance in humid or coastal environments, and Warm Start and Turbo Mode functions support rapid heating and cooling response at startup.
Designed for use with select GENERAL ELECTRIC series outdoor units compatible with the Indoor Units series. Consult the outdoor unit compatibility guide to confirm approved ODU pairings before ordering. Supports both single-zone and multi-zone system configurations.
Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician with EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling certification. Shut off all electrical power to the circuit before making any wiring connections. Refrigerant line connections use a 1/4-inch O.D. liquid line and a 3/8-inch O.D. suction line — verify line set sizing against the outdoor unit specifications. The 1-1/4-inch drain line must be routed to a suitable condensate discharge point per local mechanical code requirements.
