The caliper body and jaws are constructed from stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance and long-term durability in shop and field environments. Jaw adjustment is handled via a thumb wheel for controlled, repeatable positioning. The unit ships with a silver oxide SR44 battery installed and a protective case.
