GE WH22X38837 INVERTER BOARD FL WASHER

I canceled this item 10 minutes after ordering it, when ordering I chose 2 day shipping. When I called I was told due to the 2 day shipping it shipped ASAP, which I am not complaining thats a good problem. However when I tried to return the board, the return team tells me it is a Final Sale and unreturnable. Provided me with a link to your return policy. I clicked it and reviewed it, for final sale in the return policy it says in the description it would state final sale. When I go to the item purchased, final sale is not in the description and says EASY 30 day Return. I had to snip your page showing this board might fall under your final sale description however your website says otherwise. They respond with a prepaid shipping label and tell me I have 5 days to return it, I returned it within 5 days but the fact that you put a time limit on me when the deadline is still under 30 days. I could understand you want it back by the 30 days EASY return date. Point is the return was not EASY, and returns dept needs to be trained. I should not have to do the research into this for them.
