The GARDNER BENDER FLX-757GR is a split flex tubing product made from corrugated polyethylene, designed to bundle, protect, and route multiple wire runs in electrical installations. The corrugated wall construction gives the tube flexibility along its full length, allowing it to bend around corners and through conduit pathways without kinking. The split running the length of the tube lets technicians snap wires and cables in without disconnecting them from their terminations. At 3/4 inch inside diameter and 5 feet in length, this tubing handles mid-range wire bundle sizes common in panel feeders, low-voltage wiring, and general electrical raceways.
This tubing is used in residential and light commercial electrical work where wire management is needed outside of rigid conduit runs. Typical applications include organizing cable bundles behind panels, protecting wiring in exposed runs along walls or equipment frames, and managing low-voltage control wiring in HVAC and automation systems. It is suited for both new construction and retrofit installations where pulling wire through closed conduit is impractical.
Designed as a general-purpose split flex conduit for residential and light commercial electrical wire management applications.
Installation does not require powered-down circuits when used strictly for bundling existing wiring, but standard electrical safety practice calls for de-energizing any circuits being accessed or routed. Use a utility knife or tubing cutter to trim to length as needed. Follow local NEC guidelines for permitted wiring methods and fill ratios when using flex tubing as a protective sleeve. Do not use this tubing as a substitute for listed conduit where code requires raceway protection.
