The Frigidaire 316490001 is an oven temperature sensor probe that measures oven cavity temperature and transmits readings to the oven control board for temperature regulation. It is a lightweight, single-unit replacement compatible with many Frigidaire and Electrolux ranges and is identified as part #37 on some parts diagrams. The sensor replaces several part numbers including WCI316217001 and is suitable for electric range and convection oven applications; some listings note adapters included.
