The fingerprint-resistant glass surface gives it a clean, professional appearance. Sized at 5.6 inches wide and 0.91 inches deep, the thermostat is built for straightforward wall installation. It is specifically engineered to work with Friedrich FreshAire PVH PTACs and VRP Vert-I-Pak units to unlock their full inverter capabilities. Licensed HVAC technicians and facility maintenance teams are the primary installers.

This thermostat is suited for hotels, schools, offices, and multi-dwelling units (MDUs) where room occupancy is irregular and energy management is a priority. The VRPXEMWRTB4 operates as a standalone non-networked device or pairs with the EMOCT4 Online Connection Kit, sold separately, for networked energy management.
