The Friedrich PZH12R3SC is a 12000 BTU cooling PTAC with 11,700 BTUs reverse cycle heat pump and back-up electric resistive heat. The heat pump mode will provide instant heat, which quickly heats the room to the desired temperature. It uses R32 refrigerant with low Global Warming Potential (GWP).
