The Friedrich PZH12K5SC ZoneAire Select Series PTAC is a 12,000 BTU cooling PTAC with a 10,400 BTU reverse cycle heat pump and back-up electric resistive heat. The heat pump mode provides instant heat, quickly warming the room to the desired temperature. Friedrich PTACs are quiet, efficient, and reliable for commercial and residential use. It uses R32 refrigerant with low Global Warming Potential (GWP).
