The Friedrich PVH12K3FC FreshAire packaged terminal air conditioner with heat pump delivers 12,000 BTU cooling. This FreshAire Series PTAC unit features a fully integrated make-up air system. It uses R32 refrigerant with low Global Warming Potential (GWP) and inverter technology for expanded heating and cooling capabilities. The standard industry size of 42" allows for easy installation of replacement units.
