The FRIEDRICH PDE12K3SGR3 PTAC unit features R32 refrigerant and is designed for both commercial and residential use. This unit provides 12,100 to 12,300 BTU cooling with electric resistive heat and an EER of 11.8 to 11.6. It operates on 208/230V electricity and includes a 2-speed fan. The constant fan mode delivers continuous white noise.
