The Friedrich FAHFW12A3D is a 12,000 BTU Floating Air Pro Series indoor wall unit featuring FastPro Technology for simplified installation and maintenance. It offers optimized airflow with 4-way air swing, distributing conditioned air throughout the room. Compatible with single and multi-zone compressors using R454B refrigerant, it provides cooling operation down to 5°F and heating operation down to -13°F.
