The Friedrich EMRTA4 is an Energy Management wired electronic thermostat with a fingerprint-resistant glass surface. Designed for hotels, schools, offices, and multi-dwelling units, it features an integrated occupancy sensor utilizing thermal and motion-sensing for reliable occupancy readings. Compatible with non-inverter Friedrich PZH/PZE, PDH/PDE, and VHA packaged units and most existing HVAC systems with up to 4 heating and 2 cooling stages.
