The FREUD LU90M010 is a carbide-tipped circular saw blade engineered for wet and dry metal cutting applications. Measuring 10 inches in diameter with a 5/8-inch round arbor, this blade carries 100 teeth arranged in a Triple Chip Grind (TCG) configuration. The TCG pattern alternates a flat raker tooth with a trapezoidal tooth, producing clean, burr-reduced cuts in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. At a 5-degree hook angle and a 0.087-inch blade thickness, the LU90M010 delivers controlled, low-grab cutting suited to chop saws and table saws used in metal fabrication and mechanical trade work.
This blade is designed for use on 10-inch chop saws, miter saws, and table saws in commercial and industrial settings. It handles a range of metal cutting tasks including structural steel, aluminum extrusions, and tubing. The 0.126-inch kerf width provides adequate material clearance to reduce binding during through-cuts. HVAC sheet metal workers, pipefitters, and metal fabricators are the primary installers and end users of this blade type.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or upgrade blade for 10-inch chop saws, miter saws, and table saws equipped with a 5/8-inch round arbor.
Blade installation and replacement should be performed by a qualified tradesperson familiar with the host saw manufacturer requirements. Disconnect the saw from its power source completely before changing any blade. Confirm that blade RPM rating meets or exceeds the saw spindle speed before mounting. Use the appropriate blade wrench and follow the saw manufacturer torque guidance for arbor nut tightening — do not over-tighten by striking the wrench.
