It covers a size range of 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch across its six steps and features a 132-degree split point tip that starts on contact without walking or pre-punching. A precision grinding process applied to each individual step reduces friction and wear, delivering cutting speeds up to 2 times faster than standard step bits. The 1/4-inch hex shank design allows it to seat directly in impact drivers or standard drills. Electricians, HVAC technicians, and sheet metal installers are the primary users of this bit.
