The FREUD DS0606CWS is a 6-inch, 6 TPI carbide-tipped reciprocating saw blade engineered for demolition work in nail-embedded wood. The oversized demolition blade body features increased height geometry that promotes straighter cuts and reduces vibration during aggressive teardown applications. A Perma-Shield non-stick coating minimizes heat buildup and resists gumming and corrosion over the life of the blade. Hi-density carbide teeth are rated to deliver up to 10 times the cutting life of standard bi-metal reciprocating blades. Each package contains 5 blades. Demolition contractors, remodelers, and experienced tradespeople working in framing removal, window rough-ins, and structural teardowns are the primary users.
This blade is suited for residential and light commercial demolition scenarios where nail-embedded lumber is encountered regularly. Typical applications include framing teardowns, sheathing removal, subfloor demo, and rough opening cuts where hidden fasteners are expected.
