The FREUD DND050060H60P is a 50-pack of 5-inch, 60-grit coarse sanding discs engineered with a nylon net construction and a ceramic blend abrasive coating. Marketed under the Diablo line, these discs are designed for fast material removal on wood, composite, and similar substrates. The open-net design reduces clogging by allowing dust, pitch, and debris to pass through or be removed by shaking, vacuuming, or rinsing. Each disc is reusable across multiple sessions. The pack includes a connection pad for direct attachment to a random-orbit or orbital sander. Intended for use by finish carpenters, flooring contractors, cabinet installers, and construction tradespeople who require consistent stock removal with extended disc life.
These discs are suited for residential and light commercial finish work, furniture preparation, hardwood floor prep, drywall feathering, and general surface conditioning tasks. The 5-inch diameter and universal hole pattern make them compatible with standard 5-hole and 8-hole random-orbit sanders. The coarse 60-grit designation makes them appropriate for aggressive material removal, leveling rough surfaces, and stripping old finishes before progressing to finer grits. A connection pad is included to facilitate immediate use without additional accessories.
Compatible with 5-inch, 5-hole and 8-hole random-orbit sanders. The universal net disc design is intended to fit the full range of standard hook-and-loop orbital sanding pads when used with the included connection pad.
These discs are installed and replaced by woodworkers, finish carpenters, and flooring contractors using standard random-orbit sanders. Ensure the sander is powered off and unplugged before changing discs. Attach the disc firmly to the hook-and-loop connection pad before starting the tool. When cleaning discs for reuse, allow the disc to dry fully before reinstalling to maintain proper abrasive surface contact.
