The FREUD DHS4375 is a 4-3/8-inch diameter hole saw with a 2-3/8-inch cutting depth, built for trades that need fast, clean bores through wood and metal. The variable tooth design reduces vibration during the cut and helps clear material faster than standard fixed-tooth configurations. Tool-free plug ejection speeds up material removal between cuts, keeping downtime low on busy job sites. The Snap Lock system allows quick arbor changes without tools, so techs can move between hole saw sizes without stopping work. The mandrel and pilot bit are sold separately.
This hole saw is suited for residential and light commercial applications where electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians need to bore through wood framing, sheet metal, or similar materials. The 2-3/8-inch cutting depth is designed to complete most standard stud and panel bores in a single pass, reducing the need to reposition the tool. The Snap Lock arbor system is compatible with all Diablo hole saws ranging from 5/8 inch to 6 inches in diameter, making it a practical choice for shops that carry multiple sizes.

Installation is performed by electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians using a standard drill or drill press. Secure the workpiece before cutting and ensure the pilot bit is properly seated in the arbor before starting the tool. Disconnect power to the drill before changing the hole saw or ejecting the plug. Follow applicable NEC or IPC guidelines when boring through fire-rated assemblies or structural members.
