The FREUD DCD050320H50G is a 50-pack of 5 inch, 320-grit hook and loop sanding discs designed for random orbital sanders. Each disc features a premium ceramic blend abrasive with a 12-hole dust extraction pattern and hook-and-lock backing for fast, tool-free disc changes. The ceramic grain formulation removes material faster than standard aluminum oxide discs and resists heat buildup during extended use. A clog shield coating and Endura Bond grain attachment system work together to extend sanding life and maintain consistent cut rate across the disc surface. These discs are suited for finish sanding applications in woodworking, cabinetry, and surface prep trades.
These discs are intended for use with 5 inch random orbital sanders in both residential and commercial finishing environments. The 320-grit rating makes them appropriate for fine finish sanding, between-coat sanding on painted surfaces, and final surface prep before staining or topcoat application. The 50-disc pack quantity supports production-level work where disc turnover is high. Woodworkers, finish carpenters, painters, and general contractors performing interior finishing work are the primary installers and users of this product.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and consumable for 5 inch random orbital sanders with hook and loop disc interfaces.
Align the disc holes with the sander pad holes before pressing the hook and loop backing firmly into place. Ensure the sander is powered off and unplugged before changing discs. Do not apply excessive downward pressure during use, as random orbital sanders are designed to work effectively at light to moderate contact pressure. Inspect the hook and loop pad on the sander regularly and replace if worn, as a degraded pad will reduce disc retention and sanding performance.
